I’m Patryk Przybylski, a UEFA B licensed football coach and Certified Conditioning Coach

My coaching journey has taken me through professional football environments in England, Denmark and Poland, gaining experience within elite academies and professional clubs while working across coaching, performance and player development.

Having experienced football from different perspectives - as a coach, performance practitioner and analyst - I believe the best environments are built through collaboration, consistency and a genuine commitment to player development.

My approach combines football coaching, performance science and practical experience to support players in meeting the demands of modern football. Whether working with academy players, senior professionals or coaching staff, the goal remains the same: helping players perform consistently, stay available and continue progressing.

Club experience

Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with prestigious football clubs across England, Denmark, and Poland. My diverse roles—from Performance Analyst, Youth Head Coach to Physical Performance Coach have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of athlete performance optimization, load management, and holistic player development.

Mission Statement

“I believe that my mission as a coach is to help others grow in their respective sports by becoming a better version of themselves every day. I am committed to setting the right example, encouraging and supporting my athletes, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times. I know that you have more to give on the field; I feel it and sense it every time you put in your 100%. If you want to beat others, you must first conquer the ‘you vs. you’ fight. By treating everyone with respect and adopting a ‘can do’ approach, I aim to create an environment where everyone can flourish. My positive attitude, multi-cultural experience, and specific knowledge are valuable assets that I bring to the organization I work with.”

True Relationship

One of my fundamental principles as a coach is building genuine relationships with my athletes. Honesty, respect, and hard work are central to our interactions. I expect a professional approach in everything we do—on and off the pitch—from you, the team, and myself. We grow together, and the coach is as good as his/her players. To me, you are no different from my family. I care deeply about your success, both in life and on the pitch, because a strong coach-athlete relationship is crucial for achieving extraordinary results.

Human First

I believe the best way to coach someone is to see them as a person, not just as an athlete. Your well-being is my top priority, encompassing not just physical health but also mental health and character. Let’s work together to improve your performance while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

The Process Leads to Performance

Success in competitive sport is not just about medals and accolades. It’s about embracing the process and understanding that high performance requires dedication to often monotonous tasks. Genuine high performers understand the value of consistent, sometimes boring work. To succeed, you must be comfortable with the process and commit to putting in the work required to earn progress.

Make the Choice

Being an athlete is not a sacrifice but a choice. You choose to push yourself, to train while others rest, and to strive for excellence. Every choice you make contributes to your journey and achievements. Embrace these choices with determination and make them count.
